Bourbon Street Vanilla Rooibos Iced Latte

This creamy, slightly sweet iced latte highlights the rich, naturally sweet vanilla notes of Bourbon Street Vanilla Rooibos. It's a refreshing and sophisticated beverage perfect for warm afternoons or when you're craving a café-style treat at home.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Bourbon Street Vanilla Rooibo
  • 1 cup hot water (just below boiling)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, like oat or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • Vanilla bean or cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Brew the rooibos tea by steeping 2 tsp in 1 cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and let cool.
  2. Froth the milk using a frother or heat it gently on the stove and whisk until frothy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cooled rooibos tea over the ice.
  4. Add the milk on top, gently stirring to combine.
  5. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or a vanilla bean for an elegant finish.
