Shipping policy
Quick Ship items typically ship within 24 hours.
All other orders ship within 3 to 5 days. (Usually faster, we don't like to keep you waiting.)
We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 CAD to all of Canada.
Tracking numbers are issued as your order is packed and ready to leave our shipping center.
We currently ship with UPS, Fed-Ex and Canada Post in Canada. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box will be shipped with Canada Post. Orders to the United States will be shipped via DHL, UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS.
Please understand that due to the recent high volume of orders that we are dealing with, sometimes (rarely but does happen) shipping can be delayed. We strive to have make sure we get your order out to you as fast as possible, but we just can't afford a fleet of robots yet! So we use humans instead. Sometimes they make mistakes and just can't get everything done in one day.
